Welcome to Sherwood Springs olive oil

The first olive trees at Sherwood Springs were planted in May 1999. In December 1999 they were destroyed in a bushfire. Undaunted we replanted in 2000 and added more trees in 2001.

Then in 2004 we established Third Pillar Olive Oil to market the olive oil produced. Third Pillar was a successful operation and for 10 years Sherwood Springs supplied more than 50% of the oil sold as Third Pillar.  Then, in 2015, a desire to do things a little differently and to build upon the Sherwood family connection, prompted us to develop Sherwood Springs olive oil as a brand in its own right.

We have a genuine commitment to quality at every stage of our fruit growing and oil production processes to ensure a truly premium West Australian olive oil – more than “extra virgin” given our standards far exceed existing international requirements .
